What is professional cuddling?
Professional cuddling is a fully clothed, strictly platonic service that offers safe, consensual, nurturing touch in a calm and respectful environment. Touch is a basic human need. For many people, safe platonic touch can support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and a deeper sense of connection. These sessions are not romantic or sexual. They are rooted in presence, consent, boundaries, and care. What happens during a session?
Each session begins with a brief check-in so we can discuss your comfort level, preferences, and boundaries. Sessions may include sitting together, holding hands, gentle hugs, resting side by side, or other mutually agreed-upon platonic forms of touch. You remain fully clothed at all times. I remain fully clothed at all times. Conversation is welcome, though many people prefer quiet rest, grounding, or gentle connection during the session. Who this is for:
Professional cuddling may be supportive for people who are experiencing loneliness, grief, stress, anxiety, life transition, touch deprivation, or simply a need for safe human connection. It may also be helpful for people who want a calm, nonjudgmental space to feel grounded, cared for, and connected. Professional cuddling is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. Boundaries:
All sessions are strictly platonic. There is no sexual activity, sexual conversation, nudity, kissing, or romantic expectation. Clothing remains on at all times. Drugs and alcohol are not permitted before or during a session. Either person may pause, adjust, or end the session at any time. If boundaries are violated, the session ends immediately and no refund will be given. Screening call:
A brief phone consultation is required before booking a first session. The consultation is $20 and may be applied toward your first paid session if we both agree to move forward with scheduling. This call allows us to discuss expectations, boundaries, comfort level, and whether this service feels like a good fit. Pricing:
