Tending TransitionsA gentle, grounded group circle series to navigate life changes in rhythm with the seasons and each other. Hosted by: Natasha Bacca Divorce Doula • Survivor • Advocate Where: In‑person (Bend, OR) + Zoom When: 6‑week series October – Mid November 2025 |
Why Group Circles
Life moves in cycles. These circles offer a steady hour each week to pause, breathe, and tend to what’s true now. We gather in 6‑week arcs to align with nature’s seasonal energy and each other. We'll share our hearts and stories to connect and heal, together.
You’ll be held in a trauma‑aware, judgment‑free space that blends soulful tools with practical grounding. No prior experience needed; come exactly as you are.
You’ll experience:
A guided opening
A reflection or ritual
Share + witness (optional, never required)
Closing intention
A practice or prompt to take home
|

FAQs
Do I have to talk? No. You’re welcome to simply sit, breathe, and receive. Sharing is always optional. Can I bring a friend? Yes! Please have each person register separately so I can plan capacity. What if I’m late? We begin promptly with grounding, so late arrivals are asked to enter quietly. Is this only for people going through divorce? No. Divorce recovery is my specialty, and anyone navigating transition is welcome. |
